Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Terms and thus from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide justification and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal as outlined in Article 5.1 above, the Customer must send a notice within the indicated timeframe to the following email address: info@ilgennargentu.it, or use the dedicated form (Returns Management) available on the website.
In case of withdrawal, the Customer may return the products within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal notification to the following address:

Return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer. If the product was received via insured delivery, it must also be returned using the same method. Otherwise, any damage, theft, or loss that occurs during transport will be the responsibility of the Customer.
The right of withdrawal may only be exercised for the entire purchased product; it is not possible to withdraw from only part of the product. In order for the withdrawal to be valid, the product must be intact, clean, and odor-free, and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, documentation, and any accessories: labels, tags, seals, etc.).
In case of damage to the item during return transport, the Customer will be notified so they can promptly file a claim with the courier and request reimbursement. The product will then be made available to the Customer, and the withdrawal request will be canceled.
Il Gennargentu is not responsible in any way for damage, theft, or loss that occurs during or as a result of the return shipment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been customized at the request of the Customer.
Once the returned product is accepted, the full amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded, net of any additional shipping costs (pursuant to Article 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14), within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, by reversing the charged amount using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
