ROSAURA SANNA Wavy Perforated Centrepiece Bordeaux

A unique centrepiece by Rosaura Sanna. With its undulating shape, it features small holes that give it a particularly modern look.

The intense burgundy colour and minimalist shapes characterise Rosaura Sanna's style, who creates her works of art entirely by hand in Sardinia.

She flattens the clay with a rolling pin and decorates it with stamped patterns, as women once did with bread dough.

She cuts geometric shapes out of the clay sheets, which she then moves, folds, crumples and finally fixes with successive firings into plastic shapes that are still vibrant.

Dimensions 40 x 40 cm.

Entirely handmade in Sardinia. Each piece is unique.

Small imperfections are not defects, but synonymous with craftsmanship.
